    Delivery Policies
    Customers are responsible to provide correct delivery information and ensure someone is present to receive the flowers.
    We shall not be liable for flowers delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided.
    If no one present at the designated delivery address, we will try to contact the recipient/sender, if there is no replies, the delivery person will leave the flowers to the doorstep/neighbour/reception with a photo proof. A message will be sent to the recipient/sender to notice about the placement. We shall not be liable for the lost/damage of flowers.
    Restricted Areas
    We provide delivery service within Singapore, except: PSA Ports, Army Camps, Jurong Island, Airport Cargo Complex … 
    For some areas, such as Sentosa, Airport, Tuas… There will have extra delivery fee $15, please contact us in advance if you would like to delivery to those locations.
    Re-delivery/Wrong Address
    Additional charge of $20 for re-delivery. To maintain the freshness, re-delivery for fresh flowers can only be done within 2 hour from the originally stated time.
    Changes To Order
    Any changes of delivery address/date/time need to be informed at least 48 hours before actual delivery. Order cancellation has to made at last 60 hours before actual delivery. Once the flowers are prepared, the order will be fully chargeable.
    For wedding/events floral orders, any changes need to be informed at least 2 weeks before actual delivery.

    Fresh Blooms

    Put flowers in the vase with clean water. Change water & trim stems 2cm at an angel everyday. Remove all leaves that sit below the water line. Keep flowers in a cool place, away from heat and direct sunlight.

    Remove any dead flowers/leaves, this will help to prolong the life of the remaining flowers

    Preserved/Dried

    Avoid humid environment (i.e. rainy days), ideally place in cool dry place. Avoid sun exposure as it accelerates colour degradation. Clean the dust gently with hair dryer that set on cool and lowest air speed

    With care protection, able to last at least half year and longer

    Balloon Flowers

    Avoid sharp objects, heat & prolonged sun exposure.

    With care protection, balloon can last at least 1 week and longer, it will gradually get smaller as deflated
