- If recipient is not at the designated delivery address, we will try to contact the recipient / sender, if there is no replies, the delivery person will leave the flower arrangement/product to the neighbour or outside the door. A message will be sent to the recipient/sender to notice about the placement. In this case, kindly note we are not responsible for the loss of product.
- Any changes of delivery address/date/time need to be informed at least 3 days before actual delivery. For wedding/events floral orders, any changes need to be informed at least 3 weeks before actual delivery.
